Roofing tile making machine for producing clay roof tile

HT-LW series roof tile making production line developed by H-TEC and building research institute, including four models: LW500, LW1000, LW2000 and LW3000. And they respectively represent four different capacity of producing stand s tile: 5000pcs/day, 10000pcs/day, 20000pcs/day, 30000pcs/day. For over ten years, the production technology has reached the international advanced level.

Roof-tile making machine(roofing tile making machine) is different from other construction machines, it should customized according to different clay, tile, fuel and capacity. We have our own production workshop for roof tiles, laboratory for testing clay and glaze. The tiles have a high quality, will not influenced by temperature contrast and not become deformed, not burst.

H-TEC have years of training technical personnel (including allocating of clay and glazing color, the controlling of tunnel kiln firepower, the management and maintenance of machine). 1	Clay Belt Conveyor:	To convey all kinds of material and raw material. It can replace manpower and reduce manpower cost.
2	Grinding Mill:	To crush larger material, such as beach, shale, massive clay, etc. we can furnish different model according to customers need.
3	Clay Liquefier(Globe Mill):	It mix the clay and water to be an ideal state. The surface brightness of Roof tiles will be affected directly by the clay liquefier. We can furnish different quantity of clay liquefier for customer.
4	Dredgepump (Oil Plunger-type Pump):	To convey the worked slurry to clay filter pressing machine.
5	HT-FP series Hydraulic Pressure Type Clay Filter Pressing Machine:	The worked slurry pressed by it, and much water discharged. We can furnish different quantity according to customers need. This machine has two shape: box and round. Main model: HT-FP500, HT-FP650, HT-FP650B, HT-FP800, HT-FP800B, HT-FP1000, HT-FP1250, HT-FP1500, HT-FP2000, etc.
6	Vacuum Brick and Tile Extruder:	After the clay being worked by globe mill and dredgepump, it extrude the clay to be a billet. The billet extruded by vacuum extruder is more dense, and the tile molded. Main type: 300, 350, 500, etc.
7	HT-YY Multi-mold Hydraulic Pressure Clay Roof Tile Making Machine	It can adjust to press different tile with different capacity according to the customer requirement.
8	Manual Mould	It is used to produce the tile not need much
9	Cutting Machine	It can cut the tile according the roof tile shape automatically. It also can cut the roof tile not need be compressed.
10	20m Automatic Glazing Line	It change the traditional manual operation habit, can reuse glaze, roof tile is bright luster, and drying the tile when glazing is good for burning.
11	The Roof Tile Billet Drying Line	It plays a roll in preparing for the kiln, it improves product yield rates and the plant's efficiency
12	HT series Sintering Kiln	It developed by H-TEC and Chinese kiln academe, it can be designed at high temperature or low temperature. It can use diesel, gasoline, gas, heavy oil, anthracite and electricity. And widely used in various fields in life.The kiln can burn the clay brick, clay roof tile, ceramics and other artware,also the products need different temperature.
